Payment
*Orders are available only to customers within the United States.

You can place an order using any of the following methods:

  • Create an account and check out directly on our website.

  • Upload your Purchase Order (P.O.) document in the Upload P. O. section of your account menu.

  • Submit a Purchase Order or Order Form via:

Order Processing & Shipping:

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (CT) will be shipped ASAP, if the item(s) are in stock.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Payment Options

Credit Accounts (Net 30 Terms)

Credit Card Payments

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®.

  • Credit card charges are processed at the time of shipment.

  • Shipping and tax fees are added after your order is placed. You will be charged the new total amount.

  • To keep your card on file for future purchases, call us at 214-691-3484

 

Sales tax applies based on your location unless a verified government tax exemption is provided.

Shipping Terms

  • Customers are responsible for freight and insurance costs, which will be added to the invoice once the order is processed.

  • All shipments are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS).

  • If you prefer to bill shipping charges to your own UPS account, provide your account number at checkout or contact us directly.

  • We may share limited personal information with UPS for order fulfillment and optional tracking notifications.

 
Shipping Liability

We are not responsible for any delays or failures in shipment caused by factors beyond our control during UPS transportation. However, if you encounter an issue with your shipment, we are happy to assist you in obtaining further information.
