SHIPPING POLICY
All sales of product(s) are freight and insurance paid by customer, these charges will be added to the invoice after the order is placed and processing. We ship all of our packages via United Parcel Service (UPS), If you have an UPS account number you would prefer to be billed to instead, contact us or submit your account number at checkout.
Our products are hazardous materials and according by the Department of Transportation, we reserve the right to elect the most appropriate shipping method in order to comply with those regulations for safety reasons. Depending on location and UPS activity, the delivery date and time may vary and be subject to unexpected delays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please examine your shipment/s upon receipt for damages or errors. If a problem arises with the shipment received, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to quickly resolve any problems.
Returns must be authorized by us to ensure proper shipping arrangements. Dangerous goods must be packed and labeled in accordance with transport regulations. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship you a replacement.
